The Card Product Specialist is responsible for working across internal departments to assist with a variety of payment products and services, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, ATMs, and Instant Issue.As a Card Operation Specialist, you will:Credit CardsWork with Retail, Commercial, Ag, and Treasury Management Teams for servicing of Nicolet Bank retail and business credit card products.Duties include new business credit card account onboarding, servicing existing business credit card accounts, including account maintenance, error resolution, and assistance as needed.Escalation points of contact for Frontline, Call Center, and Operations teams for advanced servicing requests and issues.Responsible for daily review of completed maintenance on credit card portfolioATMsAssist Branches with ATM servicing (including upgrades, service issues, training)Create and update training and troubleshooting procedures.Gift/Travel CardsProvide monthly reports to compliance teamsAssist in inventory adjustments and establish new users and branch locationsInstant IssueProvide training to new retail bankers and branches for best practices.Maintain current Instant Issue procedures and communicate changes as needed to Frontline.Create, Review, and Provide Instant Issue reporting to appropriate teams.Special ProjectsAssist Project Teams with new product implementations.Assist Project Teams during Bank acquisitions & conversions.Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.Understand and communicate the value of diversity within the workplace and to work successfully with others without regard to age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability status, socioeconomic status, or other non-job-related classification, including a commitment to Nicolet’s policies on equal employment opportunities and non-discrimination with a willingness to pursue efforts of inclusion and respect toward different perspectives.Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
