Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service Monitor and control food portions and waste Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or issues to management Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food handler’s certification or equivalent is preferred Join our team and be part of a company that values culinary excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
