Event Marketer - SB (part-time)

As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life. Part-Time Event Field Marketing Associate . This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys engaging with people, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will attend home shows, fairs, and outdoor living events to represent our brand, build rapport with homeowners, and ensure seamless event execution. Key responsibilities include maintaining event materials, ensuring proper set‑ups, utilizing company technology for lead tracking, qualifying leads and appointments, and conducting post‑event performance analysis. Job Responsibilities Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners and represent the brand Maintain a customer‑centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction Ensure teams have all necessary materials, including booth displays and handouts Ensure proper event set‑ups Conduct post‑event analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners Utilize company technology efficiently to track leads and performance Appropriately qualify leads and appointments Adhere to and enforce company processes and procedures to ensure consistency and professionalism at all events Compensation Base hourly pay is $24 per hour. Commission of $250 on each closed sale. Paid training. Advancement opportunities into roles such as team leaders, design consultants, and more.
