This program is available to hard‑working, mechanically‑minded individuals with a desire to become a highly skilled production worker in the aerospace industry. Responsibilities Work alongside manufacturing experts to gain hands‑on practical experience in multiple areas of the operations. Training may take place in the following key departments: CNC Machining, Tool Crib, Quality Inspection, Precision Finishing, Assembly, Machine Maintenance, etc. The strongest candidates will be exposed to many areas of the business. Patriot Machine prefers to promote from within, so this experience will be highly beneficial for growth at our company. Development will be ongoing and employees will take on roles best suited to their interests and the company’s needs.
