Project Controls Manager - US, Ohio - Contract Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Controls Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll do: Lead and manage a project controls team of ~20 across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions Develop, implement, and maintain project controls systems, tools, and governance frameworks Oversee cost management, including forecasting, change control, earned value, and variance analysis Drive schedule development, progress measurement, critical path analysis, and recovery planning Identify project risks and opportunities; lead mitigation planning and cross-functional alignment What you’ll need: Extensive experience in Project Controls Proven ability to lead teams of 20 across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting Strong background in high-end manufacturing (Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Advanced Industrial) Pharma experience = not required BUT IDEAL Demonstrated success driving alignment across EPCs, owners, and cross-functional stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd
