We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:
•    Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise backup systems including Veeam, IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM), Bridge head and Barracuda Backup
•    Manage daily backup operations, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis. •    Perform regular restore testing and support recovery operations.
•    Maintain and optimize backup policies, schedules, and storage targets across platforms.
•    Administer and maintain Backend Storage and Data Domain infrastructure for backup storage and performance.
•    Ensure high availability and data protection across virtual and physical environments.
•    Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure backup coverage and capacity planning.
•    Document configurations, procedures, and recovery processes.
•    Participate in planning and execution of storage and backup infrastructure upgrades or migrations.
•    Ensure compliance with data retention policies, audit requirements, and security standards.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations
•    Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking
•    Performs incident management and change management execution.
•    Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations.
•    Good understanding on ITIL practices
•    Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now/Flexera/Remedy.
•    Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.
•    Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data backup requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements.
