Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care to provide skilled nursing, patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively support patients and healthcare providers in a fast-paced ER environment. A minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience is required. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room setting.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor patient status continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical care support.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years' experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work if required.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience specifically in Emergency Room nursing.
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS.
• Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration in acute care settings.

Special Considerations:

• Night shift work in an Emergency Room environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced clinical setting.
• May require on-call availability or flexible scheduling.

• Night shift schedule.
• Shifts assigned according to hospital staffing needs.
