Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California's North State region near Redding.

The CRNA will join a collaborative anesthesia team providing safe, evidence-based care across a diverse range of surgical and procedural cases.

Responsibilities

Complete pre-anesthesia assessments
Review medical histories and diagnostic information
Develop individualized anesthesia plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Support postoperative recovery and pain control
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support clinical quality and patient-safety standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
PALS certification when required
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary: $250,000–$364,000
Final compensation based on experience and qualifications
