Pickwick Well Drilling is seeking a hardworking and dependable Laborer/Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning a skilled trade, and building a long-term career in the water well and pump industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist drilling and pump crews with daily operations.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
• Help install and remove pumps, piping, pressure tanks, and related equipment.
• Assist with well drilling, well development, and site cleanup.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and job sites.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Mechanical, construction, plumbing, electrical, or equipment operation experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and advance within the company.
