Senior Executive (NUS Centre for Additive Manufacturing) University-Level Unit: College of Design and Engineering Faculty/Department-Level Unit: Dean's Office (College of Design & Eng) Employee Category: Executive & Administrative Location: Kent Ridge Campus Posted On: 17/07/2026 Job Description To provide comprehensive financial and administrative support to the NUS Centre for Additive Manufacturing (AM.NUS), ensuring effective research fund management, policy compliance, and smooth day‑to‑day operations that support the Centre's multidisciplinary research, staffing, and strategic objectives. Ensure effective day‑to‑day financial and administrative operations. Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and grant/project financial management in compliance with institutional policies. Manage procurement, vendor payments, and serve as Delegation of Authority for claims, invoices, and expenditures. Coordinate HR administrative functions, including staffing plans, contracts, recruitment support, and leave tracking. Act as primary liaison and key contact for finance, HR, procurement, and other administrative units. Provide financial and administrative advisory support, including budget estimates, cash flow projections, and variance reporting to funders. Undertake additional administrative and secretariat duties as assigned by management. Qualifications University degree in Accountancy, Business, or equivalent. At least 1 year of finance/procurement experience. Meticulous with strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and organizational skills. Strong team leader who is highly motivated and able to collaborate within and across teams. Able to problem‑solve and work within tight deadlines.
