Customer Success & Supply Internship

Location: Paris (partial remote work possible)

Duration: 6-month internship – Starting September 2026 (Internship possible)

Launched in late 2020, Pickme is a startup revolutionizing the last mile delivery. Pickme is the first platform of micro-hubs for successful and sustainable delivery. Pickme is the expert in sustainable home delivery: we develop an inclusive network of 12,500 relay points with individuals, and offer a collaborative delivery mode: we turn neighbors into a committed community, the Keepers, who receive packages on behalf of recipients. We thus allow our transport clients (Colissimo, La Poste, DHL, GLS, UPS, Geodis…) to offer an unparalleled, more human and reliable delivery experience.

Your missions

As the point of contact for our logistics partners, your main objective will be to support them on several aspects: monitoring the network of Keepers, tracking performance by client, and managing various operational issues.

After a complete onboarding and training on how Pickme works, you will be responsible for:

Operational Management

• Monitor all deliveries operated by Pickme on a daily basis.
• Set up regular follow-up points with partner agencies and respond to their operational requests.
• Track service quality, the rate of respect for chosen points, and the satisfaction of agencies in your portfolio.
• Update and improve internal procedures to optimize operations.

Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor and manage the performance of agencies and clients on a daily basis.
• Identify improvement levers to optimize the customer experience and overall network performance.
• Analyze the performance of operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Customer Satisfaction

• Manage B2B relationships with transport partners: follow-ups, reports, escalations.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve our products, services, and user experience.

Profile we are looking for

• Student in a business school, engineering school, or university master’s program.
• Ideally, some prior experience in a similar role, in logistics, commerce, or customer service.
• Curious, rational, and organized.
• Comfortable working independently and in a dynamic startup environment.
• Proficient with numbers and data tools: Google Sheets, Excel, with an interest in AI and automation tools.
