Amazon's non‑relational database offerings like DynamoDB, DocumentDB, ElastiCache, Managed Blockchain, Neptune, and Timestream are massively scaled services that make up a critical piece of our customers' solutions. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, and the candidate must opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work. You will dive deep to root cause a customer issue, investigate why a metric is trending the wrong way, consult with top engineers at Amazon, or discuss radical new approaches to automate operational issues. Strong Linux fundamentals and experience working with Linux, regularly taking part in deep‑dive troubleshooting and conducting technical post‑mortem discussions to identify the root cause of complex issues.
