Restaurant General Manager

Mater Dei Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for the Clovis, CA location to lead overall operations, drive guest service excellence, manage financial performance, and develop a high performing team.

This is a full-time salaried leadership role requiring 50+ hours per week across five to six days, including openings, closings, weekends, and multiple Saturdays. Employment is at will and emphasizes coaching and operational execution.
