Responsibilities : Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of IT advisory engagements, specific to Finance/Controlling (FICO), for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsLead SAP business processes mappingEvaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycleIdentify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnelAssist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposalsSupervise and provide performance management for IT advisory staff working on assigned engagementsApply an AI-first, value driven mindset to identify, evaluate, and responsibly apply AI-enabled solutions that can enhance client outcomes, business performance, and operational effectiveness. Leverage foundational AI concepts while upholding KPMG Trusted AI principles to drive ethical, secure, and compliant adoption across business processes and solutions.Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications : Minimum eight years of recent SAP applications related work, including at least one full lifecycle SAP FICO implementationBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and deliveryExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to create and sustain meaningful client relationshipsStrong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management teamTravel as requiredMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
