Experience: At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

Duties: Drivers haul no-touch dry van freight throughout established Southwest regional lanes. Freight includes a combination of drop-and-hook and live load or unload freight, helping maintain productive miles while providing variety throughout the workweek. Northeast freight is not part of this position.

Equipment Details: Drivers operate late-model International LT tractors with automatic transmissions, APUs, and inverters. Equipment is maintained on a regular schedule and includes driver-focused features designed for dependable regional operation.

Orientation: Transportation to orientation is arranged by flight or bus depending on distance. Lodging and meals are provided during orientation, which typically runs for two days.

Driver Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license • Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience • Solo drivers and pre-made teams welcome • Safe driving record and professional attitude • Comfortable operating Southwest regional routes
