Cardiology Receptionist

Conviva is a subsidiary of Humana, seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and cheerful Cardiology Receptionist who is interested in being part of a team focused on excellent service to others. Responsibilities Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long-distance call logs. Maintains the reception area. Schedules appointments. Verifies insurance coverage. Reports onsite to the Clinic Administrator at 1567 Goliad Rd, San Antonio, TX 78223. Requirements Minimum one year of experience in a customer service setting, managing multiple phone lines. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Knowledge of MS Office. Preferred Qualifications Bi‑lateral in English/Spanish, able to read, write, and speak in English and Spanish. Minimum two years of related experience. Additional Information This role is patient‑facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected, you will be required to be screened for TB. Applicants may be asked to provide their Social Security Number if it is not already on file. Schedule & Pay Scheduled weekly hours: 40 Pay range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year. The job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
