Now Hiring: Gastroenterology Medical Assistant for new Gastroenterologist

Join our growing gastroenterology practice and become part of a busy healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional digestive health care.

Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vital signs/history
Assist providers with patient care
Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
Handle EMR documentation and patient communication
Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and follow-ups
Educate patients on prep instructions and medications

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification preferred
Gastroenterology or specialty clinic experience a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
EMR experience-Epic experience a plus!
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate, professional and friendly personality
Team player
