Registered Nurse – Postpartum
Minimum 2 years postpartum experience Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required (IV start skills expected) Required certifications: BLS, IV certification EPIC experience required
Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and their newborns. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes. Support breastfeeding and educate patients on newborn care and postpartum recovery. Administer medications and perform IV starts and maintenance as needed. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and provide discharge planning.
