You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting within Health Solutions
• Managing key accounting functions, including monthly close processes, revenue recognition, software management, and SG&A management
• Developing, implementing and maintaining processes and procedures for accurate and timely analysis of financial data, ensuring best practices
• Developing and maintaining internal control structure and procedures for financial reporting
• Resolving high level financial reporting issues
• Assisting in the monthly review of financial results
• Monthly analysis of P&L with variance commentary
• Developing and processing journal entries; revenue/expense accruals and activity
• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting in development and documentation of processing efficiencies
• Supporting various projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field
• 3+ years of relevant and progressive financial analysis and solid analytic experience
• Experience successfully managing multiple requests, assessing priorities and achieving solutions under deadlines
• Solid level of working knowledge of GAAP; ability to effectively use accounting knowledge to collaborate with varying levels of employees and management to drive sound business decisions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Proven excellent written and oral communication skills; solid executive presence

Preferred Qualification:

• Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
