Language: Bilingual English & Haitian Creole required

Would you like to work in a rewarding environment with fantastic coworkers? This position is for you! Make a difference by supporting the daily operations of our Adult Day Program while creating a welcoming and organized front desk experience for participants, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting participants, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
• Manage participant attendance, sign-in/out processes, and daily documentation
• Maintain organized records and assist with filing, data entry, and administrative tasks
• Coordinate communication between staff, families, and external partners
• Support scheduling, appointment coordination, and program logistics
• Monitor the front desk area to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Assist program staff with clerical duties and day-to-day operational needs
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older
• Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor
