Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) at Richardson, TX. • Additional Information: The therapist will be responsible for completing documentation directly with the organization outside of the AMN Healthcare clearance packet before being cleared to start. Equipment will be provided during interviews. Parking will be provided on the first day. Dress code details will be provided during orientation.
