Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Assembler at our facility in Otsego, MI! We are looking for motivated individuals to work on our 2nd and 3rd shifts, offering a competitive pay rate of $18.40 per hour in the Temp-to-Perm opportuity. Responsibilities- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
