General Information The leadership team of Schaeffler Group IT operates within a modern Shared Leadership model that distinguishes between disciplinary leadership (People & Competence Manager), functional leadership (Product Owner), and agile & change management (Scrum Master). Within the IT Strategy & Processes department, we actively support the transition to agile working methods and foster organizational development. As an intern (d/f/m), you will support various areas of daily business and gain comprehensive insights into HR-related topics, organizational development, and agile working.
