What You'll Do You'll own new business development within your assigned territory — identifying prospects, building relationships with VP and Director-level decision-makers, and closing Staffing Services Agreements. For the first 12 months after each new client closes, you'll serve as the named account relationship owner, ensuring a strong start and a structured handoff to our Operations team. Day to day, that means: Proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities aligned with Arbor's growth strategy Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective clients Developing and delivering tailored proposals that speak to each client's specific needs Negotiating and closing Staffing Services Agreements Representing Arbor at industry conferences and events across Southern New England Leveraging LinkedIn and other tools to build Arbor's brand and deepening market presence Collaborating closely with Recruiting and Operations to ensure new clients are set up for success #J-18808-Ljbffr Arbor Associates
