The Livingston Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic clinical team. This position is available for remote work, allowing you to support clients from the comfort of your home or any location that suits your lifestyle, with an engaging team of professionals dedicated to collaborative care. You will have access to our outpatient office resources and support systems, ensuring that you can provide the best possible therapeutic services without the constraints of a traditional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and treatment goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to diverse client populations.
  • Engage in collaborative treatment with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources to ensure holistic client care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and trainings to stay current with advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve serving a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and specific populations dealing with issues such as trauma, substance use, and relational conflicts. By offering tailored therapeutic interventions, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys and promote resilience, growth, and recovery.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active, unrestricted LPCC licensure in California.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to manage various mental health challenges effectively.

Preferred Experience

  • Specialties in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorder counseling will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
