Shift Manager or any title will do as long as you are ready to be a leader. It's the calling of our Assistant Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders and Shift Managers to naturally be REAL in how they operate their restaurant. You know who you are - a natural leader and you love putting together a winning team. You're all about teaching new skills and motivating your team to work together and wow your customers.   • Tips are currently over $2.20 per hour, in addition to Weekly Bonus and Base Pay
