Shift Manager or any title will do as long as you are ready to be a leader. It's the calling of our Assistant Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders and Shift Managers to naturally be REAL in how they operate their restaurant.   • Tips are currently over $2.20 per hour, in addition to Weekly Bonus and Base Pay
