Inside Sales Manager

What You\'ll Do: Build Customer Relationships: Develop relationships with new and existing customers and become a trusted resource for their building material needs. Generating New Business: Identify and pursue new opportunities through phone calls, referrals, networking, showroom visits, follow-ups, and other business development activities. Manage the Sales Process: Work with customers from the initial conversation through quoting, negotiating, closing, and follow-up. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond quickly to customer questions, solve problems, and make sure every customer receives outstanding service. Support the Showroom: Help create a professional and welcoming showroom experience for customers and prospects. We\'re looking for someone who is: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Confident and comfortable talking with people. Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities. Comfortable making phone calls and developing new business. A strong communicator and active listener. Professional, dependable, and hardworking. Comfortable working with numbers and percentages. Preferred Skills: Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or business development experience. Bachelor\'s degree or recent college graduate.
