Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,500 per week

So, relax and get back to helping patients, and let us do the heavy lifting. 5x8 days 8 am - 4:30 pm or 4x10 schedule available Call required 1 Sunday per 5 weeks Every 5th week work Sat and Sun for admits, 2 days off midweek Caseload includes general weakness, back pain, and orthopedic knees PT handles admits, evals, reassessments, and discharges PTAs do routine visits Home health experience required EMR: Epic Adults and geriatric patient population We provide complimentary housing and travel We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24/7 Per week (based on a 40-hour week).
