Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities. \n
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, identifying specific client goals and benchmarks for success. \n
- Assess and evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs with sensitivity, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to inform treatment. \n
- Implement crisis intervention strategies as necessary, ensuring each client feels safe and supported in times of acute distress. \n
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to protect client privacy. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and training, ensuring compliance with licensure requirements and staying updated on best practices. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required for consideration. \n
- Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas is mandatory. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- A strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques, ensuring effective treatments are applied based on each client’s specific needs. \n

- Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a track record of successful outcomes. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Narrative Therapy. \n
- Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique cultural and social backgrounds of clients. \n
