Plant Production Manager needed as a direct hire in Bonham, TX !! Ready to hire Yesterday!!

We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead day-to-day production across our two core

operations: cold-formed steel panel fabrication and spray foam insulation.

• This is a working leadership role. You will lead the crews, set the production schedule, manage quality,

track performance, and own the results. You will be accountable for what comes off our production

floor and what gets completed on our job sites.

• This position is not confined to an office - or even the shop. Our work continues in the field, and you will be expected to be there when the job requires it.

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, civil engineering, or a related field - or

equivalent hands-on manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience.

- Experience working in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or a related production environment.

- Demonstrated experience leading a crew and holding people accountable.

- Willingness to travel regularly to active job sites and lead production in the field.

- Working knowledge of ERP, inventory, or production-tracking systems.

- The discipline to maintain clean, reliable production and material data.

- Experience with quality control, inspections, production documentation, or material accountability.

- The ability to balance hands-on production needs with planning, KPI development, scheduling, and

process improvement.

- Strong attention to detail and a consistent habit of catching problems before they reach production.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs, crews, and shifting priorities.

- Sound judgment and critical-thinking skills when conditions or plans change.

- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, or fabrication plans.

- Comfort working with spreadsheets, production reports, and performance data.
