D&A Platform Service Manager

A Bachelor's or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position Lead end-to-end Microsoft Data & Analytics Platform managed services operations across Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure. Own service governance, intake management, prioritization, capacity planning, SLA adherence and executive reporting. Establish and manage support operating model, escalation framework, service improvement plans and stakeholder communications. Drive proactive platform adoption, operational excellence, risk management, security compliance and platform roadmap alignment. Coordinate cross-functional engineering, security and support teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform services. The pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
