The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safe and efficient operations. This position involves operating roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites throughout Northern Virginia. Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL roll-off truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation Secure containers and loads properly before transport Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch Provide exceptional customer service at all job sites Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines Qualifications Required Valid Class A or Class B CDL Clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service Preferred Previous roll-off driving experience Manual transmission experience Schedule Monday through Friday Typical work week: 40–50 hours Occasional Saturdays as needed About Pack Rat Hauling Pack Rat Hauling is Northern Virginia's trusted leader in dumpster rentals, junk removal, cleanouts, demolition, recycling, and property cleanup services.
