The journey begins here - with Global- a 1st Flagship Company, where we are currently looking for a Clerk Typist to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing reports and forms for submission to internal and external stakeholders.Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material.Learn to operate new technologies as they are developed and implemented.Process incoming and outgoing mail and other communications, distribute as needed.Professionally engage with coworkers, military personnel, contractors, and government employees.Provide safety briefs to visitors.Maintain office inventory and supplies.Exemplify and promote corporate core values.Adhere to policies, and procedures in the execution of all responsibilities.Must be able to always work effectively with co-workers in a professional manner.All other duties assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or a related field is a plus!Excellent typing speed and accuracy. At least 60 words per minute.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office software.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.Security Clearance:Position requires a Trusted Agent Security Clearance.Must be a US Citizen per Inactive Shipoff Instruction 5500.3B of May 13Global- a 1st Flagship Company is an E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer.
