Private Equity Associate (to Sr. Associate) (Miami)

We are working with an infrastructure investment firm investing across digital infrastructure, transportation and logistics, and energy who are looking to add a Private Equity Associate and Senior Associate to the team.

Led by a group of industry veterans with more than 80 years of combined infrastructure investment experience , the team brings a deep track record across the sector. Following a successful capital raise, the firm is well-capitalized and positioned for significant growth, with a robust pipeline of opportunities and an active mandate to deploy capital into attractive infrastructure investments.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in infrastructure, energy, power, utilities, digital infrastructure, transportation, or other real assets .
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience building or reviewing complex investment models.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial statements, capital structures, and investment returns.
