Key Responsibilities

• Analyze source and destination system data for account conversion projects
• Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation and data flow diagrams
• Develop advanced SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data
• Support data conversion activities by ensuring accurate data transformation and mapping logic
• Perform testing and validation to ensure conversion accuracy during mock and production go-live events
• Create reports and validation queries to identify accounts meeting specific business criteria
• Audit large datasets and resolve data discrepancies/issues
• Collaborate with project managers, business users, and technical teams to define and validate mapping requirements
• Support production conversion events and resolve data-related issues in real time
• Conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings/resolutions to stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across source and destination systems throughout the conversion lifecycle
• Assist with reporting, issue triaging, and ongoing operational support during conversion activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced SQL expertise with strong hands-on experience writing complex joins, subqueries, and window functions
• Experience analyzing and auditing large datasets
• Strong understanding of data lineage, source-to-target mapping, and data flow diagrams
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and testing activities
• Ability to troubleshoot data conversion and mapping issues using SQL queries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 – $95,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
