Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer
Location: Hartford, CT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position: Full-Time Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer to support existing custom Salesforce applications and participate in the development and enhancement of a next-generation enterprise system.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly with Apex, OOP, design patterns, Lightning, SOQL, and integrations , along with broader full-stack development experience.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce .
Develop scalable solutions using OOP principles and design patterns .
Work across the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support.
Analyze requirements and develop application integrations.
Work with SOQL, SQL, and web technologies .
Support end-to-end application development and troubleshooting.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams and mentor less experienced developers.
10+ years of overall software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development .
Strong Apex and OOP development skills.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce design patterns .
Experience with Lightning/LWC and Visualforce .
Experience with SOQL and SQL .
Experience with .NET/C# OOP and SOA .
Experience with end-to-end web development .
Experience with application integrations and APIs.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and drive work from requirements through implementation.
