HR Assistant (ONSITE)

Human Resource team has an immediate opening for a HR Assistant. The team is responsible for centralizing and automating the manual tasks required to hire our hourly workforce. You will perform administrative, repeatable tasks daily and conduct quality audits of our outsourced vendors. This may involve backend terminations, general reporting on hires/terminations, and other administrative duties. Responsibilities Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish. Escalate issues with either the process or tools required to complete the tasks. Perform quality audits of our outsourced vendors. Provide facility reporting and communications to our broad team, including leadership. Apply good judgment to ambiguous scenarios when the path ahead is not clear. Think big to drive process and product improvements on behalf of WFS and our candidates. Be a liaison between our field teams and our centralized support service. Import and export data within various software platforms, including Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Manage all backend processes related to application creation and candidate compliance information, collaborating closely with the internal team. Handle sensitive information and documents such as Social Security Numbers (SSN), dates of birth (DOB), and driver's license (DL) numbers with strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations. Utilize Excel extensively on a daily basis, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze and organize HR data effectively. Develop and maintain data management systems and processes to ensure efficient handling of HR information and streamline workflows. Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintaining data integrity and reliability. Assist in the development and improvement of data management procedures and policies, implementing best practices for data security and privacy.
