We’re hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist for a hospital in Denver, CO where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. This role supports acute care patients across a high-acuity, trauma-capable environment with exposure to advanced ventilators and critical care procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care RRT hospital experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Experience with Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators or equivalent critical care ventilators preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• NICU or pediatric respiratory experience preferred.
• Level 1 trauma center experience preferred.
• Experience using Meditech electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 17:30–06:00.
• Unit: Respiratory Therapy supporting a large hospital with approximately 500 beds.
• Typical patient ratio: approximately 10:1 on the unit.
• Team composition: multiple clinical RTs per shift with a dedicated charge RT.
