About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on AI Implementation Manager to lead the planning, integration, and execution of AI-driven solutions across our business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — from operations and customer service to data and IT — to identify automation opportunities, deploy AI tools, and measure results that drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end implementation of AI projects, from concept to deployment. Collaborate with department heads to identify and prioritize AI use cases. Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate internal development efforts. Build and manage project roadmaps, budgets, and success metrics. Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing systems (CRM, billing, customer platforms, etc.). Monitor performance and continuously optimize AI-driven processes. Champion AI adoption and train internal teams to leverage new capabilities. What You Bring 5+ years of experience managing tech or AI implementation projects. Proven success delivering AI, automation, or data analytics solutions. Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management. Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Experience with CRM, RPA, or machine learning tools is a plus.
