What You’ll Do Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business Learn vehicle features, technology, and product information Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction Learn and apply proven sales and customer service techniques Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve goals Represent Rydell of Independence professionally and positively at all times What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, banking, call centers, business development, or related fields Experience working in a performance-based or commission environment Previous sales experience is helpful but not required Compensation $50,000 – $120,000+ Annual Earning Potential Guaranteed Pay of $3,000 per Month for the First 3 Months Competitive Commission-Based Compensation Plan Weekly Pay Unlimited Income Potential Training & Support Paid Training Manufacturer-Supported Training Programs One-on-One Mentorship Ongoing Sales and Product Training Leadership Support and Coaching Pre-Employment Requirements All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing: Pre-Employment Drug Screen Background Check Rydell of Independence is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
