Housekeeping Aide

Rae-Ann Westlake is currently seeking a housekeeping aide to join our team! Shift Availability: Morning: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm Afternoon - 4:00pm - 8:00pm (Part-Time only) Qualifications: Must be flexible and willing to work a varying work schedule. The housekeeping aide must be at least 16 years of age, with appropriate work permit, or older, and in good mental and physical health. Must be able and willing to perform heavy lifting and tedious physical chores inside, and when conditions warrant, outside the physical plant. Must be able to read and write with clarity, sufficient to follow instructions, identify materials from their labels and understand their directions for usage. Must be able to make written reports when necessary. Responsibilities: Reports directly to the housekeeping supervisor for the cleanliness of the physical plant and environment, including the fixtures, furniture and equipment. Maintains the environment so that it is clean, safe, attractive and operative at all times. Collect clothing from bins stationed throughout facility and wash them according to best practice.
