Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible Nebraska state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or CFY considered)
• Understanding of school-based therapy practices and IEP development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Experience with diverse student populations and varying speech/language needs
• Ability to organize time, manage a moderate caseload, and document services effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy to students with articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other support staff to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate records in line with state and school district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
• Foster a positive, encouraging therapy environment that promotes student growth
