As an RN – OR (Peds), you’ll play a critical role in providing exceptional care to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures. This position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

• Provide preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to pediatric patients in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to any changes during surgical procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and postoperative care.
• Document patient information accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operating room setting, preferably with pediatric patients.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to upholding patient safety and delivering compassionate care.
