Experienced Housel Cleaner — Residential Cleaning Contractor

White Rock CleanPro is growing, and we are looking for experienced professional cleaners who want to be part of a company that is setting a higher standard for residential cleaning in the Western Suburbs!

We are not looking for “just anyone with a mop.” We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and understand that a great cleaning experience is about more than just checking boxes. It is about showing up professionally, caring for the client’s home, and helping create peace of mind.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling, the ability to accept more work over time, and the chance to grow with a company that values professionalism, quality, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential cleaning assignments according to the accepted service scope
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and general home cleaning
• Follow service checklists and documentation expectations
• Review job details before arrival using ScheduleDrop
• Arrive on time and prepared for each accepted assignment
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed
• Complete opening and closing walkthroughs when the client is home
• Take clear before and after photos as required
• Report access issues, scope concerns, damage, safety concerns, or client questions promptly
• Maintain a clean, professional, and respectful presence in clients’ homes
• Protect the client relationship by directing scheduling, pricing, and future service questions back to White Rock CleanPro

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience preferred
• Residential cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with data plan for scheduling, communication, and before/after photos
• Ability to use mobile apps and follow digital job checklists
• Ability to legally accept independent contractor work in the U.S.
• Willingness to complete a background check
• General Liability Insurance, or willingness to obtain coverage
• Must have or be willing to maintain appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Professional communication and time management skills
• Physical ability to perform residential cleaning work, including standing, bending, lifting, carrying supplies, and moving throughout the home

Schedule

Flexible scheduling based on contractor availability and customer bookings. Contractors enter availability and may be offered assignments based on service area, availability, experience, and job fit.

Pay

Competitive contractor pay based on the type of clean, scope of work, and completed assignment, typically between $20-35/hour. Additional work opportunities may become available with company growth.
