Logistics Coordinator - Bilingual (English/Korean)

This position is eligible for visa sponsorship and work authorization support. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain processes, ensuring efficient materials handling, and facilitating effective communication between vendors and internal departments. This role coordinates all processes and functions to ensure that carrier vehicles arrive at the warehouse at the scheduled time. This position requires strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes. Responsibilities Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries through communication and coordination with carriers. Provide visibility to management through tracking, monitoring, auditing, researching, and resolving operational issues. Verify truck arrival within the scheduled Pickup Appointment date & time, and confirm the vehicle's location and expected arrival time. Request rescheduling for recovery in the case of truck no-shows. Identify high-frequency truck no-show carriers through shipment data analysis. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize time-sensitive situations Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems), Excel, Power BI, or similar tools Understanding of transportation processes, hazardous materials regulations, and safety management standards Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills, with excellent communication abilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to learn and utilize necessary management systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics/transportation/Supply Chain Management (SCM) (Entry-level candidates are also welcome) Fluency in both Korean and English – Able to communicate effectively with global clients and carriers Hands-on experience with ISO Tank and hazardous materials dispatching Background in 3PL logistics companies or carrier dispatch operations Familiarity with transportation processes, hazardous materials regulations, and safety management standards 401K Plan w/ Employer Match Life Insurance Plan (100% Employer paid) Generous PTO, Paid Holiday, Floating Holiday Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Equal Opportunity & Inclusive Workplace LX Pantos America, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
