As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses, with a focus on stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions.
• Collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and safe discharge.
• Contribute to a supportive and innovative rehab environment that emphasizes personalized care, functional outcomes, and a seamless transition across the continuum of care.
