Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for an 8-week travel contract in Overland Park, KS, requiring chemotherapy certification and a minimum of 2 years of oncology experience.

Details

• Day shift position, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Oncology unit in an inpatient hospital setting
• 8-week contract duration

Requirements

• Active KS or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment)
• Chemotherapy certification (ONC) required — candidates without ONC must have completed the Fundamentals of Chemotherapy course through the Oncology Nursing Society
• Minimum 2 years of recent oncology RN experience required
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• This is a travel position; local candidates will not be considered under any circumstances
