Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using telehealth technology, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, diagnosing issues and formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Guide clients in developing coping strategies and life skills to navigate challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Document clinical notes and treatment progress accurately and promptly within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to enhance the quality of clinical care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
