Currently, we are the only refractive surgery center in South Florida to offer this selection of remarkable automation.We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Ophthalmic Technicians to join our fast-growing Refractive practice, which operates across three locations. Our practice specializes in LASIK and cataract surgeries, and we offer a dynamic work environment where you can enhance your skills and advance your career.Locations: Weston - AventuraWhat You'll DoAssist in the pre-operative and post-operative care of refractive surgery patientsPerform various ophthalmic diagnostic tests and proceduresWork closely with ophthalmologists to provide high-quality patient careMaintain and calibrate ophthalmic equipmentEnsure the smooth operation of the surgery suite, including preparation and sterilization of instrumentsProvide patient education and support throughout their treatment journeyMaintain accurate patient records and documentationWhat You BringExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ophthalmic TechnicianRefractive Experience: Must have hands-on experience in refractive proceduresLasik Experience: Experience in LASIK procedures is a plusCataract Experience: Experience in cataract procedures is a plusCertification: Certification as an Ophthalmic Technician is desirableBilingual: Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish a huge plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary - $25+ per hour401(k) plan with a 3% company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and life insuranceGenerous vacation policy: 2 weeks of vacation per year, increasing to 3 weeks after 25 months of employmentEmployee perks and discountsOpportunities for professional growth and certification within the surgery suitePay Rate: $25+ per hour.Join our team and be part of a cutting-edge practice that values innovation, excellence, and the professional development of its staff.
