Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate – Davenport, IA Position Summary Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes, and help members with their bakery orders. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise, maintain temperature control, and keep the sales floor clean. Your smile and product knowledge help create a great shopping experience. Responsibilities Prepare food according to item specifications, including seasonally planned production. Ensure high‑quality products are available and maintain proper temperature control, expiration dates, and sanitation. Wrap, label, and store merchandise, ensuring the area remains clean, sanitized, and ready for members. Assist members with bakery orders and customer service to ensure satisfaction. Handle returns, claims, and arrange merchandise per company policies. Use digital tools for real‑time production decisions and quality monitoring. Act as a team member, collaborator and educator for other associates. Maintain inventory, eliminate waste, and support area performance. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Experience or passion for fresh food preparation. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Self‑motivated, solution‑seeker, and adaptable to change. Valid Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain one.
